She co-founded LynnLeigh & Company with Becky to help families see how key financial decisions work together — not separately — and to move forward with confidence and purpose, without unnecessary complexity or noise.
Her work focuses on coordinated planning across investments, retirement, taxes, risk management, and legacy considerations. Kelly helps clients understand how each piece of their financial life affects the others, and she partners with them to make informed decisions that support their long-term goals.

With two decades in the industry, Kelly brings both experience and perspective to financial planning. She understands the technical complexity of the work—but never loses sight of the people behind the decisions. Her leadership is rooted in clarity, transparency, and long-term thinking.
On the Personal Side
Kelly's love for thoroughbred horses and farming shines through in her limited spare time. Her husband, Gene, shares this passion, having founded Karma Sauce, a nationally acclaimed, award-winning hot sauce company. Their children, Grace and Liam, have always had their hands in the dirt as well. When they were young you could find them pulling weeds, running tractors, and performing various farm chores to cultivate their hot sauce ingredients at their Finger Lakes Farm - Burning Springs Farm.
Each year, Kelly brings her passions together for her clients at the Genesee Valley Hunt Races, an equine steeplechase event. LynnLeigh & Company hosts a tent where clients can enjoy the picturesque setting, relax, and socialize with the LynnLeigh & Company team while sampling delicious food, drinks, and Karma Sauce.
