Chazz plays a central role at LynnLeigh & Company as Operations Manager, ensuring that planning strategies are implemented smoothly and that the firm’s processes support both clients and advisors effectively. She brings a thoughtful, organized approach to every aspect of the firm’s operations, helping create clarity and consistency behind the scenes so the advisory team can focus on planning with purpose.
In support of LynnLeigh & Company’s holistic planning philosophy, Chazz recently obtained her Life and Health Insurance License, expanding her ability to help clients understand their coverage options and planning needs. This added expertise allows her to work closely with the advisory team to ensure insurance decisions align with each client’s broader financial plan.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to high standards, Chazz supports the day-to-day operations that keep the firm running reliably. Whether coordinating client service needs, managing planning logistics, or refining internal systems, she helps ensure each client experience feels seamless and well supported.
On the Personal Side
Outside of the office, Chazz and her husband enjoy life on their hobby farm, where they raise chickens and quail and share a love of eating local. They run a small farm stand and value the hands-on work and community connection that come with growing and sharing food close to home.
